About Us
Our Story
We The Women of Foundation (WTWF) is a women-led movement founded by Mrs. Diksha Gupta in Jaipur, Rajasthan. Built on the belief that strong women support each other, WTWF was created to make empowerment a right for every woman, not a privilege for a few.
Inspired by Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s vision for women empowerment, we work at the ground level through awareness programmes, community initiatives, and direct welfare work.
“Any successful woman is supported by a team of powerful women.” — Mrs. Diksha Gupta, Founder, WTWF
At WTWF, empowerment means confidence, dignity, safety, and the freedom to lead. We have supported over 5,000 girls across Rajasthan and also care for animals and birds, because we believe compassion is only real when it is inclusive.
WTWF is not just a foundation. It is a movement built by women who choose action over silence.
Our Causes

Curated Network Rounds
Curated network rounds bring members together through intentional, purposeful introductions that go far beyond surface level conversations. They foster genuine relationships, deeper understanding, and meaningful collaborations that create long-term value for every member involved.

Education and Awareness
Through our Sadak Kinare School initiative, we provide free education to children without access to formal schooling, while also organizing food and book distribution drives and conducting awareness programmes on health, hygiene, rights, and safety for underserved communities.

Health and Welfare
We run a Sanitary Napkin Drive to ensure women and girls have access to basic hygiene. We hold Cervical Cancer Awareness sessions to educate women about prevention and early detection. We also raise donations to support children living with autism and their families.

Animal and Bird Welfare
WTWF believes that a compassionate community cares for all living beings. We set up feeding stations and hydrating points for street animals and birds, especially during summers. Our animal welfare initiatives run alongside our human welfare programmes.

Community Resilience
We run community programmes and events supporting women in building confidence, exploring opportunities, and creating independent lives, with a simple goal that no woman in Rajasthan faces challenges alone or without support.

Legal Rights Support
Many women in Rajasthan are unaware of the legal protections available to them. We hold awareness sessions on legal rights, connect women to support systems, and advocate for justice and fair support for those facing violence or discrimination.

Our Promise
This is Just the Beginning
From giving children free education on the roadside, to standing beside every woman who is building her future, from supporting families of children with autism, to spreading health awareness in communities that need it most.
We are building something real. Something that lasts.
WTWF is not just a foundation. It is a movement made up of hundreds of women, volunteers, donors, and community members who believe that things can be better. Every programme we run, every woman we support, and every child we educate moves us one step closer to the Rajasthan we want to see.
This is not the end. It is just the beginning of a better tomorrow.
