Who We Are
Our Story
WTWF was started with a simple belief — when women support each other, real change happens.
Founded by Mrs. Diksha Gupta, the foundation was built to recognize, uplift, and empower women across Rajasthan. Inspired by the idea that every successful woman is backed by a strong community, WTWF creates spaces where women can grow, connect, and lead.
Over the years, WTWF has grown into a strong community of 250+ members and has supported over 5,000 girls through education, awareness programmes, and welfare initiatives.
From small beginnings to large-scale impact, the journey continues with a focus on creating meaningful and lasting change.
About Our Founder
With over 10 years of experience in building communities and working closely with entrepreneurs, Diksha Gupta has been a strong force in advancing structured women empowerment. She recognized early on that women did not just need encouragement, they needed access, visibility, and powerful ecosystems built exclusively for their business growth.
Driven by this vision, she founded We The Women Foundation, which today brings together a thriving community of over 300 women across chapters. Under her leadership, the foundation transforms connection into collaboration and collaboration into measurable business impact, proving that when women lead with intention, growth becomes inevitable.

We work to promote awareness around health, hygiene, safety, and legal rights, ensuring women are informed and protected. Our efforts also include supporting children with special needs, running community welfare programmes, and creating a resilient society where every individual can flourish.
WTWF believes in overall well-being : for humans, animals, and birds. Through feeding stations and hydrating points, we extend care to all living beings. We also recognise and celebrate women achievers, inspiring more women to lead and create change.

Our vision is simple — to build a Rajasthan where every woman has the support she needs to live with dignity, pursue her goals, and inspire others around her with confidence and strength in every step of her journey.
